We offer you customized processing of concrete reinforcing bars in our modern bending shop. With many years of experience in this field, our employees specialize in the precise processing of concrete reinforcement steel products. We cut and bend steel reinforcement bars in various lengths and dimensions according to individual customer requirements.
State-of-the-art machinery enables us to produce all conceivable bending shapes in the shortest possible time. We only use high-quality tools and always ensure exact compliance with DIN standards and other recognized technical regulations.
Our range of concrete reinforcing bars includes diameters of 8 to 32 mm (also 40 mm on request) and ring diameters of 8 to 16 mm in B500 B quality (high ductility). We process the reinforcing bars with the highest precision and use modern bending machines that enable fast and accurate production. Our aim is to supply you with steel reinforcement bars of the best quality and highest accuracy in order to best meet the requirements of your construction project.
Quality
We attach great importance to the quality of our products and only process reinforcing steel from manufacturers that are subject to quality monitoring in accordance with DIN 488 and have a certificate of conformity. This ensures that the reinforcing steel meets the highest standards and is suitable for use in construction projects.
Our B500B coil material is also subject to regular external monitoring by SLV Halle GmbH. SLV Halle GmbH is a recognized testing and monitoring center for reinforcing steels as well as reinforcing steel connections and anchors, thereby guaranteeing additional quality control.
